My first visit with Dr Kim was when she opened the office for me on a Saturday afternoon, after calling her with severe tooth pain. She took my pain away until I could come back the following week.
After my appointment, she actually called me herself to ask how my tooth was feeling. I have never had the doctor call me to follow up before, so I will always remember that. Balsam Dental has added a personal touch I have not had before.
Let’s just say that I have found my new dentist! Thank you Dr. Kim!!

When my kid was 20 months, it was a time to visit a dentist. I was a bit worried because it’s so difficult to keep the attention of a toddler. Dr. Kim did everything possible to keep his attention: toys, songs and finally a “Treasure box”. He had so good experience, that now every evening he asks me to give him a toothbrush and toothpaste that Dr. Mina Kim presented him and cleans his teeth.
Dr. Kim is also very attentive. When I suddenly had a problem with one of my tooth, I wrote a letter to the clinic. Dr. Mina Kim immediately called me back, and despite that, all next weeks were completely full, she found a spot on weekend to provide me an urgent treatment.
Balsam dental clinic provided the best dental service that I ever had.
